As far as how to explain things... well.. Silver and Tor are looking for a certain bunny [spoiler check the suit of armor Bapple chased the bunn into] and well, bit momma dragon didn't take kindly to being tied up, teased, and booped, and apparently while running away and into town, the momma dragon could have caused a huge mess... but didn't... but why?

And as for you Kiela... Don't worry.. I doubt anyone realizes it was you who cast that ice spell... at least I think nobody saw that... but while we're at it, ya might want to clue in Silver and Tor that 'yall in trouble now because of magic use! xDD

Will it include the reason why Kiela holds back on her being a magic user? It seems there is a general mistrust in magic users, seeing that even Cless (leopard guy with the axe) is all too eager to convict her...

I haven't mentioned the reason yet. But yes it's all set up this way, that magic is very hush-hush.
