That face seems really out of perspective and flat. =\

how come? I think its fine. What do you think is wrong/how would you fix it.

The eyes are on the same plane, making the face look flat and artificial. If you compare the right eye's position to the shading on the bridge of the nose, it's too far to the right to be feasible. There's also unnecessary shading on the left bridge of the nose and no shading on the right side of the face, despite the light coming seemingly from the upper left. Those horns are also kind of stuck on there randomly...the left horn seems a lot further forward on the head than the left.

That's just my observation, though. I doubt I could draw better than this.

I think it's mostly because of the nose? I should have angled it slightly more, I tried to a little with the shadow, but I guess it didn't work very well.

It was a new pose for me, and I struggle with this angle of the face.

That's understandable! Just make sure your shading is consistent, and maybe try out a face tutorial to practice perspectives. Good job besides that, though!
