They could've easily just let them be bikers without the fart trail

I'd really like more skunk characters that aren't a fart joke. Specially since 1. Skunks spray (just like cats) Not fart, and 2. only spray when threatened.
Also I'm just not a fan of bad fart jokes

I wouldn't say the skunk stink with Kipo are fart jokes. Seems like general stink smog. They don't really spray but they arent farting either.

Either way though, they are super adorable! This art captured that style super well too! Love the character~

I always liked them because they're cute. Cats can also spray to mark territory but it's never mentioned in cartoons. When skunks become pets, same as cats, they have those glands removed so it's not like it's their entire being or anything. So I'm tired of skunks being nothing but stink jokes since it spreads misinformation and hate.

Because of media, Most people connect skunks with stink and will just get them exterminated if they see them in real life. it's pretty messed up, y'know?

I know my profile really shows differently but I do know what you mean. There's way more to a skunk than just stink. I enjoy the trope just cus thats just me, but I do get what you you mean by it spreading the misconception. They only stink when they spray and they're not the only ones that spray a stinky oil in self defense, though it is probably the stinkiest oil of the animals that do. Honestly, we definitely do need more media that focuses on other facts about skunks so people kinda accept them more.

Idk if you've seen season 2 of Kipo but the skunks appear a lot more often and they don't use the smell nearly as often. Really dope season too.

At least in Kipo the skunks make use of their oils.
The mutes have their original quirks amplified like Hugo with his baboon sweat giving him power over other primates.
And blind Goats with their milk making the cheese see into the future.
Skunks here their scent glands create combustable engine fuel...it smells bad sure but theres a reason most packs dont mess with them. Glad they added that to the story in a Mutant eat mutant world.

Wish they had more screen time. Lorettas my favorite.
