The Avians having excellent vision with telescopic eyesight coupled with short reaction time would make them adept with missile weapons, along with their observation skills and memory and general high intelligence and ingenuity would all be useful along with their agility to make them natural rangers.
Again the Archosaurs having great physical strength and durability and placing value on loyalty, justice, honour and protecting the weak makes them naturals as knights.
Aquatics are generally skilled with using medicinal plants and extracting medicines, so they'd naturally be drawn to brewing potions. Their ability to filter toxins and being highly resistant to poisoning would also be particularly advantageous as well.
Eutherians tend to be thrill seekers, aren't afraid to take chances, ambitious and extremely courageous so the dynamic and flexible nature of sorcery I think would make them particularly suited to it.
Saurians are pragmatic and prefer a logical approach, avoiding conflict or unnecessary risk while also being prudent and clever, and surprisingly empathetic and good at reading others. With Warlocks drawing their magic from a patron, Saurians would be well placed to negotiate such a relationship and use careful judgment in drawing on such power making them suited for that role.
