I imagine that with each community of Aquatics essentially one large family and watching over eggs and raising all the children together, I think that would be the greatest strength in naturally having the mindset to be a shaman and drawing on the spirit world more easily than the other species.
Saurians have the empathy, prudence and high intelligence which I think would give them the mindset to be in turn with nature and accordingly make for them being good druids.
Archosaurs have the great strength and endurance and with their consideration of justice, loyalty, honour and protecting the weak they're natural for paladins.
Avians have high intelligence, excellent observation skills and memory and ingenuity of thought for the mindset to be a monk, coupled with fast reaction times, agility and acrobatics for the physical side of things.
Eutherians are highly social, persevering and ambitious, as well as honest, also strong willed so suited for a religious hierarchy and with the mindset I think to make good clerics.
