Weeb Doctor and His Pet Bio Weapon

Years ago, a young Australian Shepherd from a wealthy family had graduated from a well-known school involving biological science.
After his graduation, he was ready to help the world, then he realized he could make a lot more money out of chaos than that of order.

For four years, he had stained his hands with the support of all kinds of mayhem involving biological warfare and horrible experiments on life itself.
During this support for the dirty and wicked, he created a biological manifestation of unspeakable materials simply because... he wanted a friend.

He eventually rose up to the top with the help of his newfound friend (through gruesome means, one can imagine) and lives in isolation in an undisclosed location.

So yeah, that's a general synopsis.
