Yukie Sudo is the younger sister of Kirihiko Sonozaki, and has come to Futo to take revenge against Saeko Sonozaki for her brother's death. With the powers of the Yesterday Dopant, she is able to force anyone to relive the actions of the previous day. After attacking a few people, she lures Kamen Rider Double into a fight in order to attack Saeko the next day until Accel gets in the way and her control over Double is eliminated. However, her true plans are to become a member of the Museum much like her brother.

I thought the Kaijin was abit underdeveloped... With an hourglass over the head. Toei is losing their touch but I guess they had to go somewhere with something involving time.
