Wow. Now here I have to say I'm a background man myself, but honestly, I would not have thought someone would upload a landscape. Now that's seriously impressive, not to mention ballsy. (As no one really appreciates anything on a furry site, so I wouldn't have thought you'd have uploaded a background. Really.)
Now, I like how the title of the piece happens to actually say something about the picture here itself. It does look like a lonely city that happened to get hit with a really bad snow storm. It's the blue tones that do it mind you. It's like.. a slate gray for the background that does give the picture it's atmosphere, I will admit to that. Adding to this is that there's a single man walking along the pathway that's draw out for him, and at the same time, it looks like he's walking along a highway without cars due to the white space that separates that path and the path next to him. Mind you, the pathway next to him happens to look like it's going underneath the one atop it, so that's why I could only think of it as a highway.
Aside from that, another thing I'll call nice is that you have the building painted a dull grey tone which is wise. I mean, in the winter, you don't expect to see vibrant tropical colors after all. No no. They look cold. They look somber. They look like the season is here. I like that.
I know I'm commenting on this ridiculously late as I often do, but I'm playing catch up once again. (Again. As I often do.) Old upload or not, a good picture stays a good picture.
