Then sometimes it’s best just to shut off all the media and meditate on yourself and your own life. Connect with what is real, the food you eat and the things that you do and enjoy. Move your body and experience the miracle of something as simple as moving (something that gets harder as we get older).

As someone who's always up to date the planet's goings on I dealt with an information overload early on and crashed. (Early on, I remember the news reports concerning COVID in November!) I've only started drip feeding news back into my life. But like you said, I'm trying to focus on the good things.
I'm most certainly grateful for the food I eat, my partner who's been with me during this dark time, my yoga practice which has kept me moving, and my newly adopted cat which has brought life into our small home.
I've really appreciated your posts on isolation, wearing masks, and looking forward. Cheers.

I am actually kind of really disappointed that there is not more art, or I have to look hard to find that kind of art addressing the present times. It is good to have art for escapism, but I think art should also be time capsules and capture and address real life issues as well
