I remember the Aquatics were accomplished as entertainers and enjoyed music, dancing and storytelling so they'd be natural as bards.
Saurians have their flexibility and are good climbers, highly intelligent and agile and are good problem solvers so that's good for rogues.
Avians are also highly intelligent, good with memorising and also with holding a value on truth and guiding others I think would make them good priests.
Archosaurs are extremely strong and resilient, not perhaps as smart but loyal and honourable and they value self control, so they'd make good barbarians .
Eutherians have good stamina and are strong willed, ambitious and thrill seeking, so I think that would make them good as fighters.
