I'm not overly fond of lions as a general rule, nothing personal, I'm just more of a dog person. But the lions at the Lion Camp in San Diego Wild Animal Park were AMAZING!! They did all the stuff in nature documentaries, and this guy was just hilarious! First, he was sleeping on top of that jeep. Then, one of his cubs came up and started swatting him, until he pushed the kid off of the car and went back to sleep. Until he smelled the female. He started growling at her from where he was, and then got off the jeep and started the mating rituals... until she clawed him in the butt, tackled him, and sat on his head.. Then he walked off and went back to sleep while both cubs started wrestling with the lioness. This, like the okapi pic, would be a nice reference pic I think.
