A Hoop (inter-tube?) TF Sequence for Lockely! :) Happy (late) Transformation Tuesday everyone!!

Lockely's not a giant fan of swimming, but the rave reviews of the new water park kept showing up in his social media feeds. And his best buddy Jack had gotten a summer job there as a lifeguard, so at the very least he could just spend time chatting rather than swimming if he got too self conscious to hit up the pool.
He did think it was weird that they provided a pool ring to all guests, and asked that they used it before taking a dip. He arrived early, just as they opened and headed over to talk with Jack. Tired of carrying the pool ring in his arm, he thought to just sling it over his neck and shoulder, which ended up being a mistake.
Well, at least his fur wont poof out when it dries now! And he can swim real good!
