Back on my old account sometime last year I had made a sort of dratini nessie looking cross over but I never really liked the design much so I figured I'd redo it.
Synopsis - So this little guy is still a rock/water type but is quite slow on land so it tends to hang near the bottoms of swamps eating small fish. The hard coral like stuff that grows on it never stops so they're always now and then rubbing their body against hard surfaces to chip it down so it doesn't become too much of a burden for them while swimming.
Still haven't thought of a name for it but I'm sure something will come.
