Contana will not be evil is this story just ticks me off to much in 5, so will be a new main badie who you will find out from reading.

Making Bonds between 2 Worlds
October 29th ,2557, UNSC Infinity above Planet Sanghelios
Lord Hood sighed deeply while reading reports of ONI secret mission of sabotage as he saw it. He didn’t trust the shady part of UNSC at all. ONI did stuff that they deem “Good for Mankind”. Heck he had even caught the wind of a few attempts of taking him out of power, partly thanks to Sangheili allies.
Yes for a long time he would never thought he would trust the Elites due to what they had done. Too Mankind but since the end of the Human-Covenant war he had slowly change his mind on them. Hood had slowly started to trust them at first with the Arbiter. They had kept touch while working on a peace treaty between the Humans and Sangheilis.
It had token a few years with lot of dealing with ONI trying to destroy the peace between the 2 species. But due to their joint distain of the people in charge of ONI, it had made the bond between Hood and the Arbiter much stronger.
They had had set up a embassy on both Earth and Sangheili, one based in the United Kingdom and the other one in the Vadam keep. The birthplaces of Lord Hood and the Arbiter. It help that Arbiter was the Kaidon of Vadam along with love and respect Hood had got from his birth place along with the Royal family blessing.
To set up the embassy in those area, sure there were still unhappy people, but once they had listen to the 2 leaders. That they had came to respect the 2 Leaders words, of how this would benefic them all in the end and make them all stronger together.
Also ONI weren’t they only ones who could do some would say shady work. The Arbiter and Hood would send info to help the other one out. Like how Hood had gave the Arbiter the news of ONI trying to assassinate his close friend Rtas Vadum and his fleet. When Arbiter gave Hood the news of many reports of ONI trying to remove Hood from power by any means.
Which didn’t surprise Hood at all that much along with Arbiter, they knew he was main person stopping ONI doing anything they wanted with out any problems. With Hood gone it would be open season for ONI, but Hood smirk it was not the first time this had happen to him nor would it be the last.
“ Lord Hood, the Arbiter and his soldiers are here to see you.” A female voice said with a bit of a nervously tone, as sound of the Sangheili speaking in their tongue could be heard.
“ Ok send them in Ruby and thank you.” Lord Hood said politely to his secretary, as he let go of the button on his phone to speak to her.
After few seconds their was sound of a click, as the door was push open, as 2 red Elites walk in .The first one standing about 8 ft tall and had a familiar helmet, Hood knowing this was Usze who had been on a few joint mission with UNSC. But the 2nd Elite was smaller in height and size and, he guess the 2nd Sangheili was female.
Some Humans were surprised that there were female Sangheili in the separatist army, until Arbiter explained the reason. At first yes the Sangheili armies were male only due to ways of their kind and the females were meant to stay and look after the keeps for their mates and help raise the children and do farm work.
But once the war was getting longer and longer and Sangheili were losing a lot of their pepole. So before he was Arbiter he mange to get other kaidons to aloud the strong females to help join the war effort.
While further down once he became Arbiter , he had accepted the females to take higher power like Zealot or Shipmistress only if they were good for the job. Thel didn’t care if his soldiers were male or female, as long they were noble and a strong warrior he accepted them and gave them the respect they deserve.
Of cost this lead to some of the more old fashion Sangheili to be unhappy. An would question the Arbiter choice and some would even challenge him to a duel or other members of the Swords of Sanghelios
But they were easily defeated by the Arbiter or by the other members of the Swords and to rub salt in their wounds. He had aloud his female Swords to duel some of the snottier Sangheili, who were easily out class by the female Swords. Then getting chewed out by either Arbiter or Rtas, as the old fashion Sangheili bowing their heads in shame before walking off.
Hood smiled, as he saw the familiar gold armor of the Arbiter as well as the white armor of Rtas who stood next to his leader and friend. Once they were all in Hood room they then gave the Sangheili greeting to leader of the UNSC.
“ Lord Hood it is a pleasure to meet you again.” Arbiter said in a respectful tone, as he did a Sangheili version of a smile.
“ You too Arbiter as well as Rtas and Usze nice to see you again. Also my I ask who is your new solider, im pretty sure I have not meet them before.” Hood said in a kind tone as he then saluted to the Sangheili.
“ Yes this is my daughter Shira Vadam.” The Arbiter said proudly to Lord Hood.
“ I see, well I am please to meet another strong member of Vadam clan.” Lord Hood said politely to her.
“ Thank you Lord Hood, I here to do my clan proud and bring us honor in battle.’ Shira said in a proud tone to him.
Lord hood nod his head as saw Arbiter look at him before clicking his mandibles.
“ Do you agree to my suggestion to help bring our species together. “ Arbiter asked Lord Hood.
“ Yes I agree to this plan of yours Arbiter , the two that I chosen should be here soon.” Lord Hood replied to him.
Arbiter just nods his head, after a few seconds latter a knock on the door was heard, as Hood let out a shout of enter to them. As the Sangheili look at entrance, as 2 Spartans walk into the room, the room got a bit tense from the appearance of the unknown Spartans.
As they walk over to Lord Hood saluting to him, as he told them to relax. Both Spartans nod their heads before looking at the Sangheili as they did the same to the Spartans.
They were both were smaller than the Sangheili in the room and the smaller Spartan look about 6 ft 9 in Human measurements and wore the standard Spartan 4 armor. As well Thel could see the smaller Spartan look less muscular than most Spartans, he guesses it was a female Spartan due to this. What did surprise him was how her armor color matches the red of the Zealots to a tee. He guessed this Spartan must had knowledge of their kind and respected it. He also noticed the interest of Usze was taking in the smaller Spartan like he had seen a ghost.
Interesting the Arbiter thought to himself with amusement as he had sent Usze on a few joint mission with the Humans to help his kind trust the Humans. An it was surprise to here from Usze that he had high praise for a female Human. That he had made a bond of friendship with, which had please him, a lot.
But next to the smaller Spartan was a more muscle one most likely a male Spartan and he stood about 7 ft 1 tall. But what took both Thel and Rita interests was the Spartan armor.
Lord Hood had told them the history of a few armors set the Spartans used. The one that the male Spartan had on was the rare Hayabusa armor. An armor only given to Spartans with a history of samurai warriors or Knights in their family line. As the Human company who made the armor had the same beliefs of honor as Sangheili did in battle. The armor was black with parts red on the arms and helmet. With a Katana was held on the back of the Spartan armor.
The Arbiter had seen maybe 1 or 2 of these style Spartans as well as the use of those swords with deadly effect. Just like the Sangheili did with their energy swords. He had seen the reports of his kind going agents these Spartans with many losing their lives to these Spartans.
“ Arbiter aloud me to introduce you to Spartan Vale and Spartan Sin. My loyal Spartan 4 who are loyal to USNC and to me. They were hand pick by me to become Spartans. Spartan Sin was a formal SAS ODST member a group created by me. Who are only loyal to UNSC and not ONI.
An this is Spartan Vale , she is one of our most smartest people and has a lot of respect for you kind and the Forerunners . An I believe she knows one your soldiers Arbiter.” Lord Hood said to him with a smile.
As he said this to the Sangheili Vale removed her helmet and turn to look at Usze, who look in shock but quickly hid it as she smiles at him.
“ Greetings my friend, how have you been.” Vale said in perfect Sangheili to him.
Taking the Sangheili minus Usze by surprise to hear a Human speaking in perfect Sangheili to them. Usze just bow his head to her.
“ It good to see you old friend.” Usze replied back in kind tone.
Lord Hood let out a smile before looking around to see everyone had regained their barring as he sat down.
“Right may I suggest we get down to our mission plans.” Lord Hood asked them all.
“ Agreed.” Arbiter replied to him.
As he went to sit down in the reinforced seat with Rtas next to him while Shira and Usze standing behind them. With Sin and Vale stood on either side of Lord Hood.
