Collar: At her hospital, she wears a light blue collar with an ID tag; on the job, she wears a yellow collar with a dog tag that bears a winged Red Cross insignia on a white background. At home, she wears the same light blue collar, only this time with an easily detachable stainless steel tag in much the same style as Dakota's.

Marital Status: Married, to Dakota McCall

Children: One litter, majority adopted; one daughter, Utah McCall, currently undergoing emotional support animal training in Vancouver, one son once presumed dead.

Likes: Making patients comfortable; maintaining parachutes; human affection; ghost stories and supernatural phenomenons; skydiving (initially the only one in her family to jump for fun); fun parachute designs (in the sense that she appreciates a unique looking parachute, as she doesn't design canopies)

Dislikes: Being mistaken for a paramedic (without the dash) even when her parachute is clearly visible; using brute force to achieve goals regardless of how the other person feels (see: Dakota's treatment of their son before he ran away); humans harming other humans, especially when she has to be sent out because of it.

Parachute: White with a pair of green sections--one on the top and one at the bottom of the canopy--each section bordered by a small horizontal light green stripe, and a light green pilot chute. After her son's 'death' she switched to a white and gold parachute with a yellow pilot chute in his memory, but has since relegated it to being a secondary parachute after discovering his survival.
