Once again my random dives through my various art sites found me a fun outfit I just had to give to Vivien. The actual design of this one was pretty cute, and it clearly in the actual design had something under the top frills to prevent such an occurrence Viv is talking about from happening. So maybe she forgot to put that part on, maybe she got a defective one, maybe she's just teasing Ark into thinking there's nothing under it. The world may never know. Also trying to give my gal some non purple clothing for a change. Most of the characters have very much one shade of color clothes they wear, and I'm trying to change that. So it may not have polka-dots but it is yellow.
So enjoy some cute Viv in a bikini.
