Instead of them transforming into a feral form, they transform into a form in which they give them a larger, taller, and more muscular build. it can be just as strong as any other feral Ctarl-Ctarl, maybe even more so. For the females, they are usually the ones who are more wider in their hips and bottom heavy in Fatima's clan. When they transform into their Amazon form, their curves and thickness are mostly transferred to their breasts. Its actually vice-versa for Fatima, she is a rare case to become a female in clan to have huge breasts instead of a huge booty, but can be switched when she transforms into her Amazon form.
