What a delightful little chap. It's funny how the simplest of things can put life into perspective. An interesting background style you've used here, as if we're seeing snipets of his activities, with small elements to show the environment he's in. His fur looks so soft and huggable, his expression shows no worries but a happy appreciation. I also like how you've got him glowing from the fire on the last panel.
