Here's some more pics of what Mono is like. If we're talking story, I figure he comes from a universe where science and genetics advanced faster than technology, leading to specialized bodies and machines that look more like alien creatures than tools. He himself was some form of human, but was altered to help him resist poisons and radioactivity during his job as a hazardous materials handler. And also to look 'cool'. I mean that tail tattoo is pretty awesome, right?
