Just a bit of a random one-off render, mainly after figuring out how to do squish for stuff. Predictably, I went with it being utilized for something like a universe, with the avali sona I have being the 'lucky one' to test it out. Seems that the 'little' troublemaker's being a wee bit rough with it, no doubt enjoying the feel of such. Juuuust hope he doesn't get any ideas. >~>;

Cube with an applied level four subdivide.
Cloth modifier, vertex weight to 0, pressure value up to 10.
Moved the paws apart and set keyframes for them from open to close with a thirty frame gap.
Let the animation play out, reset and adjust the sphere's spot if need be. Let it go for a bit more when a satisfactory spot is set then apply the cloth modifier, undoing all key frames in the process.
Fresh subdivide modifier on it to help smooth it all out.
