The project seemed to have been going well after several failures at the prospects of combining two different DNA structures to produce a soldier that would hopefully have the physical might to withstand most weapnry and sense opponents with psyhic ability.
Surprisingly number 52 survived his birth and lasted longer than the others did after being revived. The Secret that made that possible was lost with the tragic death of Dr. Karen Eliz. However I do believe it was a mistake to let her interact with the subject like it was a normal child, her loss in the work place was noticed by 52 early on, it seems this was a blessing in disguise.
This blessing being a show of the power subject 52 showed with his escape. Not only did small arms not work against it as well as our more heavily armed military guards. The Might of his mind also seems to have been greater than we thought as well.
I believe this stems from the Paragon based DNA, which increases normal abilities to super human levels, This being the case the mixture of the Psyhics DNA being increased seemed a local conclusion. Thankfully without training programs in place the damage was fairly minor compared to the damage it could have done if had actual combat training like the Military wanted.
Sadly it became obvious to me where our little 52 went after his breakout, the reports of a random killing of a 'Max Dorgar' seems to be no accident after checking paper work, it seems 52 actually went out of his way to kill the drunk driver that had killed the good doctor that created him.
More testing is required and I highly suggest we use some of our super human 'heroes' to help bring the wayward child back, granted I know this means a great deal of PR and covering of tracks to 52's origin's. I suggest we call him a parahuman with amnesia, this will of course require a pair of agents to be 'his parents'.
I look forward to hearing your replies to this suggestion as I cannot create any more like 52 until I can figure out what the good doctor had done to keep it's DNA stabalized
