Donnell is a boy who was once on his Junior High School's football team. He's Timothy's nephew, and when Timothy came to New York, he and his brother came with him because his mother had died. Timothy dissappeared soon after their apperance there, and he was somehow splashed with Mutagen before a field trip to the American Natural History Museum, and upon getting too close to the fossilized remains of an Anklyosaurus, he started to mutate. Timothy later located him and his brother and brought them back to the Turtles' Place. He starts working with Kaikeiko in the forge to help build up his strength, and even takes a ornate hammer from the forge, marked with the kanji for "Fire Hammer". Also, he was given a tattoo on his chest labled "Armor".
