Good experiment! If you are interested in getting into audio tfs, look into getting zynaptiq's Morph 2 plugin. I use it and a bunch of others but it is one of my go-tos. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

For the heart beat, I would maybe grab heartbeat foley off the interwebs (some google searching can usually bring one up for free). It is sounding a bit like an 808 electronic kick drum, you could bring it up in pitch a little bit and bring it down in the mix. A low pass filter could also take out some of the bassiness.

But I love the expression and the mixing of the tf foley. The crunch and bit of growl to the voice are great. I hope you keep exploring this.
