While Blythe was taking the pet boys for a little excursion, there was only Zoe, Pepper, Penny, and Minka. However, Penny and Minka were taking a nap on a couch. The poor panda was exhausted from her ribbon dances and the pink monkey was napping, hoping to get some artistic inspiration from it.

The only ones up were the purple Cocker Spaniel and the gray skunk. The two looked around, noticing that the whole place was quiet. "Now's our chance, Zoe," the skunk whispered. The dog nodded and both of them disappeared into another room. It was a new addition to the Littlest Pet Shop, which was being painted in lavender. Thankfully, the paint was dry.

Zoe reached into her black beret and pulled out two things: a deflated balloon in sky-blue and a red air-pump with a green hose. "Let's have some balloon fun, Pepper..." Zoe barked excitedly. "Yeah, like last time," Pepper agreed. "Since I was on the balloon and you were pumping it last time, how about I pump?" "A divine idea," Zoe said excitedly.

Without delay, the gray skunk got the balloon connected to the pump and starts pumping away. The balloon has grown past the size of the beach-ball. This was Zoe's chance to get on top. So she ran towards the growing balloon and jumped as high as she could. Like a raindrop falling from the sky, she landed on the balloon, which was 3 times bigger than Pepper Clark. There, the dog sighed and smiled. Pepper watched the Cocker Spaniel enjoy herself, laying on the balloon with her tail wagging.

"I'm sure glad this balloon business is just between me and Zoe..." Pepper softly said while pumping on.
