It was introduced in PMD Sky, Time, and Darkness. I can't remember the exact locations, but it was at a mountain where you fought and recruited Ho-Oh. It was really deep in the dungeon, almost at the end of the dungeon, and you needed keys to open the doors they were hidden behind.
At least you didn't cover the important part with the watermarks.
And like FrankHightower said, it's ok if you used "Sun Scarf" if it's "Sun Ribbon", let's just say that it's an alternate name and reference. Like the passenger seat in front can also called "riding shotgun" or something like that.
