Another one I did a few years ago. I tried using thicker lines to give the line art a more smooth look. I noticed as well that I had a lot to learn when it came to proportions. I wasn't feeling too good about how she came out and thought that maybe I wasn't good enough.

After this piece, I took a long break from drawing. I was struggling financially and suffering from depression, so I put all of my efforts into work and such. It wasn't until I found an actual stable job that I enjoyed that I decided to pick up drawing again.
