FAVE, DAMMIT! took me thirty minutes.. T_T
BUT I LOVE IT ALL THE SAME! :3 *shot*
I'm happy with everything here...
except his hand...
his hand is uncomfortably small...
BLEH... eesh.. *cringes*
But anyway, very happy with how this all came out :3
His eyes are my favorite :3 (I type ":3" a lot XD)
They're a beautiful turquoise, and I wanted to shade them enough to make them look like actual eyes in his face XDD I also softened the reflections, although I would only typically do that when colouring someone who is half or more blind, but I think the effect looks nice for his eyes.. less hardy and more of a gentle feeling...
AND THE RAM HORNS! *rofl* my SECOND favorite part, 'cause I love the colour (it even goes with his skin! somehow...), and the shading turned out great, and I tried reflection like I did with Vextor and it worked...
then the shirt...
*shudders* eesh, THAT I'm not proud of...
...*looks to the left*...*looks to the right*... I didn't do the shirt, BOBBY DID IT!
Bobby: Why you always blamin' stuff on me? Eh? *cries*
but enough, I'm going insane...
When I started flat colours, whatever, I was like "Yay, I hope this turns out good!", and then I got to shading (I was stupid and shaded in DURING flat colours, so.. XD I did pieces one at a time..)
I wasn't thinking about which direction the light should be coming from, so it's sort of coming from overhead, then to his right... o_0 oh well...
and then his PANTS.
They're alright, I guess.. wish the texturizer had more choices for which way the texture is going, but eh... that's as close as it'll get... and the texture for the table turned out good, though...
PLEASE COMMENT/CRITIQUE/WHATEVER!!!
I really wanna know if you like this piece!
and btw, this is the guy used for the Giftart thing...journal...something I was talking about...
