Hammerspace vore always works best with cute, innocent-looking predators, and you captured that wonderfully. I particularly enjoy suction vore, especially when objects like people-filled cars are sucked away.
What I loved most about the story though, was that it had enough one-on-one personal vore, from Hallie at the beginning to Alice at the end, with a few more in between, to give the story more impact. Seeing a bunch of nameless, faceless people getting devoured is fun, but it's the people who actually have identities being eaten, that truly captures just how ruthless and uncaring Megaru is in regard to his prey.

Awww, this comment really made my day! I haven't really gotten a lot of response to this story (not surprising, as there's no picture and it's longer than my norm, which means it's harder to consume), but it's incredibly gratifying to get a comment like this, from a reader who got what I was trying to do. When it said "fox" in the beginning I initially assumed it was an anthro. Vore with humans involved seems strange to me and this one made me think a bit too hard about the "mass murder" side of it. OTOH Hammerspace vore is indeed nice and I did enjoy the story.
Up to the end I thought we might get a fairy-tale solution of Alice grabbing the creature's tail when she is swallowed, so it ends up swallowing itself and thereby vanishing. The wind must be magical, or a side-effect of a magic pulling force, as even perfect vacuum doesn't suck that hard.

Ah, sorry for the confusion! I don't do vore with humans often, but it seemed to fit this story pretty well, and I'm sorry if it caused any discomfort. I'm glad you enjoyed it, though!

You went from one scenario to another with it being easy to follow. Never would I think it’d be suffocating to a new reader. A simple plot, but usually those are what makes short, fun reads actually fun, and that works perfectly in this! I’d say if you didn’t add Alice the story would’ve been bland. I was gripped the whole time wondering what would happen to her at the end! She’s forced to witness all this consumption, secretly trying to help others escape but ends up a fruitless endeavor! For example, I was really thinking what if she was caught helping, and she wasn’t, but it obviously didn’t change her fate... so good work on that!
