So this is partly an inside joke from my days in high school web design. The teacher would constatly tell the students to stop surfing (the web) and brig up what ever it was the student was looking at on the computer in frount of the class. Eventually people would image seach "surfing". Hence why this otter is on a computer mouse. He is "Surfing" XP
