Thats the one thing i like about music, it doesnt have to be your style to like it...there are always exceptions to what you will listen to...like myself and rap...i happen to like a couple individual songs but in general it is really hard for me to listen to anything in the genre without wanting to smack myself with a rather large mallet >,>

But im glad you like this one...hopefully ill be able to sit down and finish it this week when commencement band is done with...ugg...the bane of all musicians...graduation band >,<

Oh you a mac fur too? I just installed protools and have had Live 6 and magix and garage band is still the easiest and one of the better things I have used. I didn't even know there was a non full version of it.

ive always been a mac user since i first started using one in elementary school way back when. but yea, the base version is when you dont install iLife...thats where you get the full version...garageband also has some expansions that you can get from the apple store as well for extra sounds and beats and effects. And i definately agree...GB is the easiest program to use...you dont even need any musical background to use it...lol my Intro to Midi class actually required we make some of our projects on finale and garageband. and that class was half music majors and half people who just wanted to learn to use the software...

Im going to try to put out at least the rest of the body of the song next week...will prolly be playing with the balance and sound selections for another week afterwards though to get it just right
