This was a reeaaaallllyyyy fun story, and Terlix makes a great drone lol

I hate choice of word abuse.
If he has no consciousness, he has no existence. No soul, no mind, there is nothing to separate him from the rest of reality, and thus does not 'exist' and thus can't have a 'good existence.'

If the wording on oaths on magic can be so easily abused, none of these sociopaths would actually dare trust them.

And there's the contradiction. He can't serve to the best of his ability if he's not allowed to use his mind to the best of his ability to serve his master. It's like how 'mindless worship' makes no sense. If you don't love something with your heart AND mind, then it's not total love.

Surprised it only took six months for Terlix to establish himself... how much of the raptor's power base was he able to take for himself? Every other elite would have descended on it to slice it up among themselves.
