Lucario's Friend - Pikachu - invents silly gizmos and machines that work well but always seem to come with unforeseen glitches. Pikachu's latest machine shrinks people down to tiny, minuscule sizes. Their mutual friend has captured a human and used the shrink machine on them and has tricked Lucario here into thinking they are a tiny little human shaped snackie.
