Having gathered a decent amount of potion ingredients, Eclair returned home to rest. Sadly, that night would not be a restful one... At some point, Eclair felt a pressure on her stomach and a frigid feeling on her arms. She could not move, as much as she tried, her body would not budge. Only her eyes were able to open and dart around the room... the young drow instantly felt regret.

Sitting on top of her, pinning her to the bed, was a shadow person and it was not alone. Much to her horror, Eclair saw that she was surrounded by shadows who looked down upon her, laughing in a jeering manner, enjoying the look of silent terror she was giving them. She desperately wanted to scream, but she couldn't... her voice was stuck in her throat; she felt like she was suffocating.

And through all of this, a figure stood outside her window, enjoying the view...

What a horrible night to have a curse...
