Artist's Note: One of close friends were able to share one of her stories during a huge blizzard that we had this year. So when some expresses an experience to me, it plays out as if it was a chibi anime show. So I thought it would be funny if I drew it out. Its for a dear friend of mine and I hope she likes how it came out. I'm sorry if its not as clean as the other pics but it was nice change from the usual drawings.
