Look, I've seen plenty of eye-bleeding sparkle-characters in my day, and even the fanciest markings for Evoc aren't in the same galaxy as that. He looks quite dapper this way, really!
( ETA: You can always adopt changeable markings, simple when he wants to not be as noticable, fancy like here when he wants to show off. :> )
