Looks like Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece's hat got lost and ended up on Trey's head somehow. Also, for some reason, he's quite chibi.
This piece is actually quite old. I was shuffling through some of my old stuff, and I saw it. For some reason I felt the need to ink it, so I did. I'm very happy with the results too. Might color it too if I feel up to it.
Can't even tell this was drawn on loose leaf paper, can ya? Hooray for today's scanner technology! (Even if my particular scanner is about 3 or 4 years old.)
