Drawing I made a while ago for the CS group me and my mate have on dA, Memory Keepers! There's a story to go with this on the dA submission, so check it out if you want to :3
The prompt was to show our characters preparing for travel, as they're all leaving on a big expedition. I chose to draw my Avatar, Anushka, and his companion, Simba, in the comfort of home having a talk about what awaits them as their sort their belongings.
Really simple bg, as I wish I could've fitted more of his house in it to show more of it, but I'm pretty happy with the overall look of this! ´v`
Aah, it's been so long since my last post! ;v; I apologize for the inactivity, been feeling pretty drained lately, so I'm trying to get as much rest as I can. I haven't been having much energy to be social as well, so I apologize for that too ;v;

Hello! I'm sorry for the super delayed answer, I'm really bad at keeping up with messages ;; A "CS" is a "closed species"!
When the term "closed species" applies to a specific group of characters with specific traits, it means that you can not make your own just because you want one. You either need special permission from the creator of the species to make one, or you must adopt one straight from the creator (which usually means buying one). Closed species are often more strict with rules on how their species look and function as well.
In our case, our closed species are the Memory Keepers! They're fairy like feral creatures, like the one in this drawing ^^ I quoted the explanation from this blog entry about original characters/species, the text is long but if you want to read more on it, I recommend giving it a look!
