What if BoSomi continued to make animal mascots for their commercials? Here's my designs! Although lets be honest, if they did make commercials like those today, they'll probably be in CGI, probably with some real babies in it as well.
The new team consists of a Hedgehog, a Squirrel and another Ducky! While I very much prefer the red and blue color scheme of the originals, however according to the new look they are going for, I went with more earthly tones, like blues, greens, and browns, also they are wearing actual BoSomi diapers I found, Tape diapers are so last decade! all the cool babies now wear slip-on panty diapers!
If you're wondering what happened to the three from 1998, they're like in their 20s now, maybe I might draw them at that age with the new kids at some point. And maybe, also design some new villains for these three, I'm thinking wolves instead of weasels.

<LoL!> That's true! The original mascots have, hopefully, become very proficient in the potty since their modelling careers back in the late 90s.
Slip-on, panty-like diapers sound really comfortable. I wonder if they are as comfortable as Huggies' 'special Delivery' diapers? I diaper my plush Yoshi in those and they are so soft. I wish adult-sized diapers could be so cozy.
*Sighs* CGI is great, but not what I think is appropriate for advertising things for small children. You need bright, vibrant colors to catch their attention. Bring, happy, and colorful is the way to go. I do not know many CGI characters who, even if babies in diapers, look any bit as cute as a brightly-colored cartoon character.

If I may ask, due to the whole lacking in physical eyesight thing, could you tell me more about your duck mascot? I do love my ducks. :)

She looks like the previous duck from the 1998 commercials, but this time she's yellow with orange webbed feet, kinda like Winry if she was completely a duck. Also, she is wearing a swimming cap, and swimming goggles.
Well, I know a bunch of diaper commercials that are CGI, Pampers had a CG elephant mascot which they used in commercials back then, and a few brands like Mamy Poko and Merries also use CG Mascots for their commercials, in fact the duck commercial you showed me had CG Duck, a very nice and cute looking one though.
Also the slip-on diapers I mentioned are like a hybrid between pullups and regular diapers.

D'aww! So 'The Little Ones' duck is CGI and still cute? How wonderful!

I'm flattered you know of my character's sister, Winry. It is nice to see her get a bit more love as I do not often get chances to have her illustrated, or write about her.

I like your duck with the swim cap and goggles. She's like a young Olympian! Gold medalist swimmers need diapers that can stand up against water, too! This is both from the inside and outside.

The only other duck, outside of Bosomi and Little Ones, was in a Pampers ad from 2004. Before I lost the rest of my eyesight, I found the commercial and took three screen captures I edited to show the duck.
One day, for fun, I want to commission someone to take those images and replace them with either Yosh, or Winry. :)
