Is this a character of yours?

Yes, she's a supervillain in City of Villains. She can shoot fire from her hands, as well as apply fire-based defenses and heals to her allies.

Technicaly, she's 'The Gift of Flame', but I've been refereing to her as Gift of Flame for so long that I tend to leave the 'the' out.

I assume the 'gift' part is the pain she brings those who oppose her?

A really nice picture as well, and the 'cloaked wing' look works well on her. Though it looks like you made her a little darker-skinned in this one?

Her secondary power set lets her give the gift of flame to her allies, as well, with several fire and heat based heals and shields and various other buffs.

She actually has dark skin, I just didn't shade it in the first picture.

Well, the question is, are the wings the upper arm-pair or the real arms and if they are positioned on the side or back of her body. The thumps of the wings might actually come as close as shoulder length only.
Nevertheless it's an awesome pose, would work for some wonderful scenes.

I'm glad you like her look. Having a good look is one of the reasons that she made it to level 50. A good look can make or break a character, at times. A poor design can make an otherwise fun character a poor playing experience, whereas an awesome character design can get me through otherwise very unfun levels to the good stuff.

The goggles...they do NOTHING! O_o ...sorry, random brain moment. :p

Actually, the goggles keep the fire that otherwise leaks out of her eyes all contained, and stuff.
