Another little story for one of the words that was given in my Pick a Number journal! This time, it's for the word "non-combatant" that was given to me by 
winds
As you can see, it's a story featuring my new character Minty Mouse! I have to honestly admit, I did not quite know what to do with the word for Mara and Celeste, but for my little green pilot mousie, an idea did pop up! This here is the result of the idea I got!
Oh, for those of you wondering; this is the type of plane Minty flies. Hers is quite similar in coloring to this one, actually: http://www.buyaplane.com/image.php?ads_id=15554 As you can see, the plane in those pictures is a 1978 Beechcraft C23 Sundowner, in white with a large green band and a small yellow band over the side. Minty's Sundowner has the same colors, even the same tint of colors, but the parts being white on the Beech in those pictures are green on Minty's Beech, and the green parts on the shown plane are white on Minty's

I dug it, heavily.
My only twitch about this is the F-14 Tomcat is a retired fighter. Depending on what kind of base it was she probably would've been hailed by an F/A-18 Super Hornet or an F-15 Eagle (If she was was super lucky an F-16 Fighting Falcon, cause sweet Jesus those things are sexy.)

I also right away take your word for what you said; I admit to not having too much knowledge about types of aircraft, and especially not military or other fighter planes. I kind of thought an F-16 would be too large, so I went for the next thing I knew of, or at least had heard about, the F-14

Hee, wow... there you go, that's actually how much I know of them Ah, but I guess it is indeed not so much of a very big issue. I mean, I got Minty's little plane correct and well-established, and that is the plane we will see most often in these stories, it's not exactly as if I was planning on very many more fighter jets to appear while she's flying around

Yes, indeed, that has been the case; I did not know it was drawn by you, and that you had an FA account. I had the picture in one of my art folders containing mouse girls, and it only had a large number as the file name since I most likely downloaded it off Fchan. Since I have gotten into coloring a bit lately, when I got the idea for a new character, I tried out coloring the picture so I had a visual image of what my character would look like.
If you would prefer me to remove this icon, just let me know, and I will do so.

No, it's okay. As long as I've marked my territory, so to speak, I don't have any objection. What you could do for me, though, is send me a reasonably large file of the icon -- 200k -- so I can save it in my "Friends & Faux" folder.

I have sent you an email with the icon at its original size of 525x525 pixels I made it at, as well as the full colored picture since I am the one who colored it. As I use Yahoo! mail, that mail might arrive in your spam/junk folder due to the attachments, however, so let me know if you have not received it, then I will send it again.

Well, she is a licensed pilot, you see... and think about it, when you almost get clipped by a fighter jet, it would be a much better idea to stay calm and talk reasonably then to go "Hey you bleepin' idiot, what the F do ya think you're doing?!" I mean... that would pretty much be an open invitation for them to use you for target practice anyhow But you can be sure that after that air show at Sundance Meadows Airfield was over, she had a word or two with the ATC of Laffterty Field to inquire why the heck she was not notified about the restricted airspace! And that talk was much less pretty than the way she talked to the military base...
