Haha, seriously though, my Halloween costume from last year. There I am, suited up inside! I move by scooting around on the floor on my butt (should have invested in a skateboard, really) and can move my arms. Vision through the grate on the front.
Made in six days on a budget of "hey you usin' that scrap foamcore?". Since I was on a tight schedule I didn't get all the details in I wanted (like solar panels, typography the right size, treads, &c) although I did create the compacting unit on the back that you can't see frojm this angle. One day when I have the time I'll finish him, but as is, he was a pretty impressive costume that people somehow mistook for Johnny 5 and R2-D2.
Though the costumers in the audience might be interested or whatever

Yeah, I chose this photo just for that reason. :3 There were other photos I liked better
(angles & lighting & whatnot) but people never seem to understand the scale of this thing unless there's an actual human in the picture with him, no one thinks it could possibly be this big, even when I say it's a costume.
Amusingly enough, in real life people never believe I can fit inside because even though he's big for a chipboard construction, he doesn't seem roomy enough. So I figure I kill two birds with one stone this photo. :V
