10 of Swords, or 'Ruin' is the card of painful endings, betrayal, loss, and crisis; reversed, it signals regeneration and resisting the inevitable. Not gonna lie, I almost put Doctor Whooves for this one before settling on the 3 of Swords for him. In the end, I chose Queen Chrysalis, because she always comes out the worse for wear, and has done so more often than any of the other major antagonists.

Here she lies utterly defeated after being overthrown. Her subjects have turned on her. She is the queen of nothing. She could reform like the rest of the changelings, as represented by King Thorax in the distance, but she is too stuck in her hatred to even contemplate it.
