Warrior Cats Designs-Cinderpelt
I had this idea for a long time of drawing warrior cats characters in different styles, mainly in the following:
-Personal Style: meaning the one you imagine each character to look like in your head as you read the books. To me she is of medium fluff, dark bluish gray and no markings ^^
-Realistic Style: in this book series there are a couple cat genetics rules that are broken, like tha fact that only cats with white pelts or that have some white in their pelts can have natural blue eyes (Or at least i remember being taught that but it was a long time ago so that information might be wrong "^^ feel free to correct me please!) for this reason i made her keeping in mind that stuff and the physical appearence of a regular real life cat. Also i did her injured leg as accurate as possible to a real life cat having a leg run over and like healing on its own with dirt thin and missing fur.
-Aestheric/Exaggerated Style: this is the kind of style seen in MAPs (Multiple Animator Project) where you need to clearly tell apart each character and like highlight their distinguishing features which for Cinder here was the fact that she is a medicine cat so leaves and flowers in her fur, her big blue eyes and her broken leg whick has an X on it cause once i saw a MAP where Jayfeather had X on his eyes cause he's blind and Brairlight had an X on her back cause her spine is broken, like any of their body parts that don't work are crossed out and i found that a fantastic way to represent the injuries and uselesness of the limbs in a clear and non dramatic way like making her leg all awfully twisty and broken all over "^^
But yeah, i saw some people doing it as a challenge along with a few more prompts so i decided to bring this idea back and slowly bit by bit i drew the whole thing, mostly as warm-up for other drawings :3
