For those who can't be bothered to figure it out...............
The sign is bilingual, sort of. It says "Engineering / Cafeteria" in the Deseret and Shavian alphabets. I found a font called Tubee Round that makes Deseret look like a futuristic alien language instead of a phonetic alphabet made up by 19th-century religious nuts in Utah. :}

Oh, phonetic. And two alphabets. I would never have figured it out.
