I agree with you, the hardbass is entirely fine (to me, anyway), but the dubstep could be better. It might be fixed with a few bass and rhythm tweaks. Or you could completely remake it, which is the fail-safe option. But it isn't something that I would actively avoid, in any case. For 10, this is pretty good.
