Summer is upon us, so I painted this up. I wanted to do something unique for the lighting, with the character in a dim foreground, with a bright background.
I've drawn a lot of shirtless characters lately. :| Felt wrong to do this guy in anything other than a bathing suit though. Anatomy could be better - but more life drawing should help that.
No reference was used, although the can was inspired by a can of Brisk Ice Tea. My friend showed me this picture though, after I showed him my art. Creepily similar! http://i43.tinypic.com/mkyt7r.jpg
