Cia had wanted to score a meeting with Szuzu and Lana as she started making prerequisites to help ensure it happens. She wanted to discuss some plans to make a data center help collect people's questions and concerns reguarding everyday problems. Though while she was planning and moving about, she happened to come across Gloomtail as he was looking for some unfortunate preys to nom. Not often the big black dragon leaves the Palace of Shadow. Gloomtail would pounce and pin down the small buizel as he gazed down at her, trying to look intimidating. To his shock, Cia did not fear the massive dragon as she was overly excited about being nommed by him. She was apparently a big fan of him. Gloomtail becoming completely flabbergasted by her reaction had almost made him lose his appetite as he didn't like willing prey at all. He found it not fun.

Cia in an attempt to try to persuade the big gloomy dragon, told him it wouldn't be so bad having willing preys. She went as far as describing how they would do anything the dragon would ask. Gloomtail not fully convinced took her on the offer once she had an idea of how to introduce this seemingly new experience for him.

Much later on, after thoughtful preparations were made, Cia anonymously invited Szuzu and Lana to the Palace of Shadow for a bit of a surprise. The two discussed the invitation Cia sent and after a bit of thought the two proceeded to go to the Palace. Upon entering the room they were greeted by a surprisingly welcoming Gloomtail as he expected the two of them. Gloomtail expanded on what that notification was for and why it was sent. Once things cleared up, Szu and Lana seemed pretty excited for the meeting knowing where it would be held. Gloomtail had claimed and swallowed them shortly after bringing them to his treasure filled gut. Cia had prepared something to protect against Gloomtail's belly juices but also provided a bit of nourishment to the dragon. Several familiar faces also joined for the meeting and once Szuzu and Lana were alll set up the meeting discussion would start.
