Nice piece, it's great to see some SFW bodybuilding art :) However if I may give your a bit of constructive criticism : the bar is on neck level of the guy, which is extremely dangerous. It should rather be on the upper chest. Also ideally the back shouldn't directly be in contact with the bench, since it encourages one to use the delts instead of the pecs.
But it's really a great piece, the rest is perfect (especially the position of the arms) ! I hope to see more similar ones in the future :D
