Yes, his name is the phonetic version of PUBG.
It was because I was (once again) allowed to spit ball ideas while sleep drunk and I thought that "Pubgie" would be a cute name for an animal. (I will admit; it DOES sound cute. It's why I kept it. Why name him something basic and obvious like... Yin-Yang or whatever?) I've never played the game myself, I know nothing about it. It's like a mobile COD, right? Or is it more like Fortnite?

He may look cute, but he's absolute serious business when it comes to money. He'll help you out for the right price. He's also not very loyal and tends to get bought out by someone if they have more. He tends to hang around Rigby, with whom he has an odd relationship. They're not really "friends" per say, but more like "this Tanuki can summon money for me out of thin air, so hanging around him is cool, I think". I mean, who wouldn't hang around Rigby to use him for that reason? (I have no other use anyway... -w-) Think Mari Itami, but more dangerous. (He can teleport and find you A N Y W H E R E. Never piss this diet weasel off.)

After creating him, about a week ago, I was reading the Youkai page on Wikipedia and saw that weasel were a type of henge, like Rigby (Bake-Danuki) and Sakura (Bake-Jitsune). (I swear I didn't know about this prior-) I'm not sure what they're called or how they work, but it makes Pubgie MUCH more threatening to think about. All that power... In a tiny body. ._.
