Belive it or not i just beat it 2 days ago. Love the story. The only thing that as disappointing was the last fight. Cause it didn't really count as a boss.X3

I do know about the English ROM, and how much time was spent translating it. x3 But...I played it in Japanese. xD I have Mother 3, and Mother 1 + 2 for GBA. :D I got them as gifts.
Japanese isn't my first language, but I know it well enough to get through (most) games. x3 I import all the time!

I do wish they'd bring the game to America, though. I would be SO. SO. Happy. xD

...Oh yes and I totally have a Mother shrine in my room. :3

They had mother 2 on Gba? i didn't know that.Well i did beat the second one as well on Snes. The only one i haven't played was Earth bound zero for Nes. Which im still thinking on if i should play it or not.And it would be nice if they had the game for ds in english or something. Mother 3 on the go would be awesome X3.

Yup! Mother 1 + 2 is a GBA game that has both Mother 1 and 2!
Mother 1 is...it's really bizzare and wonderful, as Mother games are, but...it has a few quirks I don't really like, like labyrinth-style dungeons with HORRENDOUSLY frequent random battles...BUT, the GBA version is at least a smidge easier than the original Famicom one.
...Which I also have. Because I am a geek like that. :3

Yea i can't play any japanese ones. It's alright tho i can find the Rom of it in no time. I just hope those are english as well ^^;. I got a rather nice collection of games.
